Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information is stored on Rally Six servers so you can sign in: email address, display name, and a hashed password or session. We send transactional email (verification and password reset) through Postmark.

Wellness data stays on your device. Typing rhythm, check-ins, journal entries, coping tools, and your safety plan are not uploaded for analysis and are not used to train models.

2. How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, keep your session, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not use wellness data for advertising.

On-device features watch how you type — speed, pauses, and corrections — not the words you write. That sensing is used only on the phone to notice shifts and offer a check-in.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share personal information for advertising. Account email may be processed by our email provider solely to deliver auth messages.

We may disclose information if required by law. Rally Six is not a medical service and does not share records with clinicians unless you choose to do so yourself.

4. Data security

Account traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Wellness content is stored locally on your device. You can delete local data in the app under Your data.

5. Your rights

You can access or update account details in the app, and you can delete on-device data at any time. To request account deletion, email privacy@rallysix.ai.

6. Health and crisis support

Rally Six is a wellness companion, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Crisis resources such as 988 are user-initiated; Rally Six never places a call for you.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL.
